The siren produces both alarm and status sounds. A potentiometer (pot) inside the siren lets you adjust the status sound volume. Alarm sounds are always full volume.

The siren is typically mounted in a remote location in compatible ITI security systems, or it can be attached to Commander® 2000 and Custom Version control panels, using the included bayonet.
