. Stay within the maximum listed range.
. The beam path should be clear of moving objects.
. Use the splash resistant enclosure (WE470) when pole mounting the
detectors outdoors. DO NOT install the detectors where they may be
immersed in water or subject to corrosive liquids or sprays.
. Use care when installing the detectors near reflective surfaces (e.g.
glossy walls). Make sure the beams are line-of-sight aimed, and not
bouncing off reflective surfaces.
. DO NOT install the receivers where they will be facing an intense source
of light (e.g. a rising or setting sun). If the sun can not be avoided, mount
the receiver slightly higher than the transmitter, then aim the receiver
down at the transmitter.
. DO NOT install the receivers where sunlight could be reflected directly
into the receiving optics.
. DO NOT install either detector on movable surfaces or surfaces subject to
strong vibrations.
. AVOID running power and output wires near high voltage power sources.
