DS7220 TransZorb Technical Service Notes
The Detection Systems Technical Support Group has received some reports of the Detection Systems DS7240 and
DS7220 Control/Communicators having "Shorted" input points. These input points cannot be reset and remain shorted
even if the input wiring is removed and/or if the End of Line resister is placed across the input terminals. The failure rate of
the panels is reported to be less than 1% in the affected lots.
