7160 EZ Router
The AES 7160 EZ-Router is a device that attaches to the automation output of an AES IntelliNet Receiver. It sends the alarm automation messages from the AES receiver’s alarm port to a remote digital receiver via standard telephone lines. The EZ-Router essentially emulates a variable ID alarm panel sending Contact ID. The EZ-Router supervises the subscribers on this system. The EZ-Router removes duplicate signals, filters out unwanted signals, and sends alarm, restore, trouble and status signals to a remote digital receiver in Contact ID format.
